This project was meant to shed light on the lack of mental health literacy in Singapore's education system. In Asian society, talking about emotions and feelings are shun upon, and even more so for males who have the pressure of having to be strong and being the breadwinner. This campaign aims to encourage everyone, especially males in University, to talk about their feelings and provide a safe space for them to discuss such emotions.
